Missy

Missy is an Operations Manager with over 6 years of experience growing teams, generating protocols, building processes, and fostering client relationships. She’s had over 11 years of collaborating with and developing cooperative multi-shore working groups. With her strong customer service roots and unshakeable positivity, she aims to welcome and delight staff and clients alike. She is very excited to be a part of the upcoming changes taking place at the Spa.

Being a long-time super-fan of Ellery Milan Beauty, Missy has an enormous list of favorites, but her current favorite treatment is the Environ Ionzyme Facial. The weight of the mask feels lush and satisfying, while being cool and calming… and the results are truly gorgeous!

Missy lives in Fargo with her husband and two dogs. When she’s not cuddled into a blanket-nest reading with dogs or playing a vast collection of games, she can be found at Theatre B, where she serves as an ensemble member producing “Theatre for the Brave and Curious”.
